Why are not all mobile phones (e.g. PDA’s with Windows OS) supported by Pioneer BT products?

The Bluetooth standard is open for numerous interpretations and applications.

Our software is developed to support the widest spectrum of implementations, but unfortunately, the specifications of some units (such as certain smart phones) differ too much.
