Kenya Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Period

  • This product is warranted for the period stipulated by the "Valid Until" Date on the warranty card.
  • During this period, Pioneer warrants that this product if fails to function properly under normal use due to a manufacturing defect when installed and operated according to Owner's Instructions enclosed with the unit will be repaired without charge to you for parts or labour for actual repair work.

To Obtain Service

  • Should your product require service, please contact a Pioneer Authorised Service Center in your country from the list below.
  • This warranty card must be presented along with the unit to obtain the warranty service.
  • The validity of the warranty will be verified by the Pioneer Authorised Service Center based on the Serial Number of the product.

Products Covered Under Warranty:

  • Pioneer Car Audio / Video Head Units and Amplifiers (excluding speakers)

Parts Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Buttons and Switches
  • Controls
  • Cosmetic parts
  • Remote controls and other accessories

This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Cost of transportation, packing, loss in transit, re-export or re-importation duties or any other cost not immediately and directly associated with the actual repair of the product.
  • Cost of parts or labour, which would be otherwise provided without charge under this warranty, obtained from any source other than Service Centers authorised by Pioneer listed below.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised parts or labour.
  • Removal and installation of the product.
  • Malfunction or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning or any other natural disaster, abnormal voltage, war or any other disturbance, unforeseen accidents, or any other external factors.
  • Damage caused when installed or used not in accordance with the Owner's Instruction Manual and Installation Manual accompanied with this product.
  • Products whose Model Number or Serial Number does not match with the unit or warranty card or it's carton or if they have been altered, defaced or removed. Pioneer excludes any obligation on its part for incidental and consequential damages, including property and personal injury damages, related to the failure of its product to function properly under the conditions set forth above. Pioneer gives no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

This warranty is only valid in Kenya.
